Cylinder Liners

Description:

Our Cylinder Liners are manufactured from high-quality gray cast iron using centrifugal casting technology.
They are engineered to provide excellent wear resistance, superior lubrication, and long service life.
Bore sizes range from 40 mm to 400 mm, and liners are supplied either semi-finished or fully finished depending on customer requirements.
Each liner undergoes precise honing and inspection to ensure perfect concentricity and surface finish.

Valve Guides

Description:

Our Valve Guides are machined from graded cast iron and non-ferrous alloys like phosphor bronze.
Each guide is heat-treated for toughness and induction hardened at the tip for extended durability.
The inner bore and outer diameters are finely ground to ensure accurate alignment and reduced valve wear during engine operation.

Inlet & Exhaust Valve Seats

Description:

Our Valve Seat Inserts are made from nickel, chrome, cobalt, and iron-based alloys, offering excellent wear and heat resistance.
These seats are suitable for over 60 engine models, operating on light fuel oil, heavy fuel oil, and natural gas.
Each seat is precision-machined and ground to maintain tight tolerances, ensuring perfect sealing and long service life.

Cylinder Heads

Description:

We supply Cylinder Heads for marine and locomotive diesel engines, compatible with ALCO, EMD, and GE models.
Each head is made from gray cast iron or cast steel, designed for high thermal stability and fatigue resistance.
Cylinder heads are available with or without valve assemblies as per client requirement.

Applications:

  • High temperature and corrosion resistance

  • Ideal for heavy-duty marine and locomotive applications

  • Manufactured via forging or casting process

Pistons

Description:

Our Pistons are manufactured from die-cast aluminum alloy (LM13) or graded cast iron for superior strength and thermal conductivity.
Each piston is engineered to maintain compression integrity and reduce friction under high-speed operation.
We also provide custom piston solutions for marine engines, locomotives, and generator sets.

Anti-Polishing Rings (APR)

Description:

The Anti-Polishing Ring (APR) prevents carbon buildup on the piston top land, ensuring smooth piston movement and stable oil consumption.
Installed in the upper cylinder area, the APR scrapes off carbon deposits and protects the cylinder liner from bore polishing and excessive wear.

Benefits:

  • Extends cylinder liner and piston ring life

  • Maintains lubrication stability

  • Reduces oil consumption and carbon buildup
